  • 2 jars of orange marmalade

  • ¾ bottle of French dressing

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 package of Lipton's onion soup mix

  • Zest an orange


Meat

  • 4 de-boned pheasant breasts (8 breast pieces)


Steps

  1. Mix all orange sauce ingredients together and stir till even in a shallow baking dish

  2. Cover breast meat in sauce and lay each one flat

  3. Cover dish and marinade for 1 hour

  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  5. Bake for 30 minutes

  6. Flip breasts over

  7. Bake for 30 minutes

  8. Rest for 5 minutes

  9. Serve over rice
