Can You Name That Classic Shotgun?
Martha Fryzek shared this photo of her son Chuck of Burwell, Nebraska, in 1962 with his first rooster and an unusual shotgun – one never seen in this blog.
“Pheasant hunting has been in the Fryzek family for a long time,” Martha wrote. “Chuck now has three sons – Christian, Aaron and Nathan. All of them like to hunt.”
I’ll post the answer Tuesday (Monday is Memorial Day, which reminds me: Fly the flag in recognition of the sacrifice our military men and women have made, and continue to make, for this country.)
Answer: A New Haven .410.
