Dog of the Day: “Brandy”

Arlen Winter from Conway, Arkansas and his Brittany, “Brandy,” annually pheasant hunt at his family farm in South Dakota’s Hand County. “I always bring seven to eight good friends to the hunt every October,” he says. He considers the group, including “Brandy,” part of his family.

Photo brings back a lot of memories. I grew up in Oklahoma City (now live in Siloam Springs, AR) where we raised Brittnay dogs. My prize winner was named Brandi. She was the best.

When I saw the photo and saw that you two were from Arkansas I just thought I should leave a note. Thanks for posting.
