Dog of the Day: “Diesel”

With no intention of getting a hunting dog, Mandy Malin’s got “Diesel” as a rescue to be the family pet. “I had no intention on hunting him and had never been bird hunting in my life.” The first time she took Diesel hunting, he flushed six birds. “This was also my first time bird hunting, and I’ve been hooked since,” Malin says, “Words cannot express how proud of him I was that day!” Three-year-old Diesel is gearing up for his second upland hunting season, and he also holds several American Kennel Club obedience titles.

  1. Great to see you’ve helped eachother. Diesel seems to be a well-prepared dog, capable to handle anything. Good luck hunting with him!
