It sounds like South Dakota should do everything in their power to keep pheasant hunters coming into their state. They depend on them as does their economy. I hunted North Dakota 3 years in a row but didn’t go back this past year because of loss of public lands, habitat and more private ground Posted. I was staying in their hotels, buying their food, eating in their restaurants and buying their fuel. But they lost me as a non resident pheasant hunter along with my brother and hunting buddy’s.
